I live to fulfill my three missions: integrity, innovation, and inclusion!

At the pinnacle of my work and those missions is my magnum opus, Universal Workplace Design. This program combines the function of universal design, an old IT and Architectural concept, innovative people operation aspects, and neuroscience to create the ultimate workplace design!

Here is a little bit more about me...

I went from being the little girl that sold "shares" in her "company" and played HR even firing my own mother at the tender age of six (not kidding!) to the woman that invented the first anti-resume and anti-bias ATS, builds and rehabs HR and TA programs around the country, and has two seizures and still gets up on stage for her big speech.

I am neurodiverse and physically diverse, and I am successful WITH my diversity, not in spite of it.

In several ways, my neurodiversity has even helped me accelerate my career!

I am a national consultant, author, speaker, and inventor.

What can I say?

I like to be busy, and I enjoy my work!

I spend my days building and rehabbing HR, TA, and DEI programs. From compliance and data analytics to employee relations and branding, this work is my jam. I have played a significant role in getting 18 (and counting) start-ups off the ground ranging from FinTech to Sports to Retail companies, and I have played both short- and long-term interim roles in dozens more.

I LOVE to get on stage to speak and teach! One of my greatest professional honors was speaking for United Nations and other political delegates at an AIMS event in London. I have also had the privilege to speak/teach for London School of Business, SHRM, Web Summit, various country and state government groups, and more. My approach is based in research, science, and tons of fun! Each event is a new adventure, and I meet spectacular people along the way.

I live to innovate and shake things up, and I never compromise my ethics and integrity.
